Returns and Refunds
Under The Consumer Protection DSR (Distance Selling) Regulations. You have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of business on the seventh day after the day on which you ordered your goods.
This does not apply to business to business transactions, items can only be returned for exchange.
The client must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number prior to returning any goods to tm3connections.com. The RMA number will be valid for a period of seven days from the date of issue, after which the returns authority expires automatically on our returns system, we reserve the right to refuse the return of goods after this period.
All returned goods must have the RMA number marked clearly on the package. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any goods returned without an RMA number, returns without the correct details will be returned to sender. All returns are returned at the buyer's own risk and we would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items and an insured courier service/special delivery for larger more valuable items.

We will not refund any product which has been 'specifically ordered' for you unless at fault, incorrect ordering and incompatibility through mistaken ordering does not merit fault.. This does not affect your statutory rights. Many parts are specifically ordered from manufactures for supply, please see below the method of return and conditions of that return.Items can be refunded subject to our terms and conditions online within 7 days.Items beyond 7 days from ordering can be returned for exchange only.
Special builds and special projects orders will not be refunded or agreed to be taken back !
Obtaining an RMA number
Should you need to return please see options below :-
If your product is faulty, developed a fault or stopped working.
If your product has a fault or develops a faulty simply notify us by Email, items should be returned with their original packaging and all the accessories supplied with the item at the time of purchase. Some items have a manufacture repair warranty, others will be replaced with new, or a product with equal or higher value. REQUEST RETURNS AUTHORISATION

If your order was incorrectly supplied by us
If the product you ordered is incorrect supplied as per your invoice, please request returns below, stating the item ordered as per your order and the item supplied. Where the mistake is on our behalf, we will refund the cost of postage (Not exceeding the service/amount charged for initial dispatch) back to your ordering method for return of the item via our returns service. Please ensure you include official receipt's within your return package for automatic refund, unfortunately without receipt we are unable to provide a refund for return postage credit.

If your product is NOT faulty,or ordered in error
If you have ordered the wrong item, return the item in an un-opened condition it is original packaging with all accessories supplied.
Items can be exchanged for alternative goods or for refund at our discretion providing the order is no older than 7 days.
All exchange/refunded orders will incur a £3.50 re-processing charge, re-shipping will be charged at site prices.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking charge fee against refund, if the item supplied was specifically ordered or has been opened and can not be re-sold as new (opened), not all items shown on our site are stock items, many are ordered specifically when you place an order. Where an item is specifically ordered and can not be re-sold we reserve the right to refuse returns.
Actual posting and packing charges will not be refunded, where the item was shipped with free delivery, our actual postage and processing charges for the item will be applied against the refund/exchange of your item, free delivery on ordering does not mean we deliver the item free of cost.
- If your product was damaged or short on arrival
In the event that your items arrive damaged, please retain the mail packaging and immediately email, details of the damage. We will arrange for the items return and replacement with you directly, it is essential that you retain the mail packaging so that we can claim directly against our carrier. Please email immidiately.
Please do not return items without prior returns authorisation, they will be returned to you without processing.
